RE-REBUTTAL

In fact, when looking at my review now, it seems too negative indeed. The author is right when pointing out that some of the problems are the publisher’s fault. He is also right when implying that it would be improper to teach readers how to write malicious code. The preface is clear about that, as well as the omission of legal and ethical aspects.
