A method for the calculation of eigenfunction expansions
Michell J., Drake J., Bracho S. Mathematics and Computers in SimulationXXVI (5):443-447,1984.Type:Article
Date Reviewed: May 1 1985

This paper proposes a method to calculate the coefficients of a series expansion of f(t). The method is designed for use on a hybrid computer. The discussion is difficult to follow. Assumptions appear whenever they are needed. The algorithm finally appears in the conclusions section where it is shown as a logic diagram for a hybrid computer. There are no computation results, and no examples are included. No error analysis is presented. The references are outdated. The paper is not recommended for your study.
