Jeremy Clark is an assistant professor at the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering (Montreal, Canada). His research interests include redesigning the web's certificate trust model, enforcing genomic privacy with cryptography, and extending the functionality of decentralized digital currencies like Bitcoin. He obtained his PhD from the University of Waterloo, where his dissertation, awarded Waterloo's Gold Medal, was on designing and deploying secure voting systems that provide a provably correct tally.
