Lalit P. Saxena is a district and sessions court advocate in Sonebhadra, India. He has extensive experience in both criminal and civil cases, often working in criminal defense. He founded Combo Legal Consultancy in 2017, which provides a variety of legislative services.

Lalit received degrees in physics and mathematics from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU) (2006), a master’s in computer applications from Bundelkhand University (2009), and a law degree (2017) and master’s in philosophy (2020) both from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.

Lalit is active in many professional organizations, including the International Institute of Engineers (IIE), the International Rough Set Society (IRSS), Universal Researchers in Engineering (URENG), and the Science and Engineering Institute (SCIEI).

His book Lecture notes in C/C++ programming language was published in 2013, in addition to authoring/coauthoring more than 20 research articles. He has also served as a reviewer for many conferences.

Lalit has been a reviewer for Computing Reviews since 2014, publishing more than 85 reviews of books and papers.
