For confusing Universitat Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona, Spain with Brazil, I am deeply regretful and apologize fully.

As to the substance of the review, there seems to be no argument that four major chapters are online only and not present in the print edition, nor to most of the other substantive points of the review. As to the case studies being helpful in their detail or not, we can let readers decide. Having looked at the title a second time, while there are useful aspects to the text as noted in the review, I see no reason to change my overall assessment.
